Our most recent Ofsted Inspection was in October 2022. The inspection found that St William of York is a good school, with 4 out of 5 areas being rated as outstanding.

In March 2019, an inspection on behalf of the Diocese (Section 48) concluded that the "school provides an outstanding Catholic education for the children of the school and parish community".
