Year 3 began the Science Week with an experiment involving magnets. They used paper-clips to test the strength of a range of different magnets and then recorded and compared their results. This was followed by an incredibly interesting talk from one of our school parents about how MRI scans work. Year 3 were then lucky enough to travel around our galaxy in the inflatable Wonderdome that landed in our school hall. To finish the week off, they mixed water, bicarbonate of soda, washing - up liquid and vinegar in order to create exploding volcanoes!
