Certificate of Catholic Practice
The Governors are the Admissions Authority for the school, and you are asked to complete a Certificate of Catholic Practice if you wish to be considered under Criteria 2, as a Baptised Practising Catholic.
In September 2024, only 4 families were considered under this criteria. All other places were offered to families who chose our school because they wanted a small, inclusive and welcoming school where their child would be nurtured and supported to achieve their best!
The school welcomes applications from families of all faiths, and families of no faith. All are welcome!
Applications for a transfer between schools, or if you are new to the area, can be considered at any time in the year. You must complete an In Year Admissions Transfer request with the local authority, and a Supplementary form.
Please note that if your child is transferring from another local Lewisham school, transfers can only take place at the half term break, unless there is an exceptional reason, and it is agreed between both headteachers.
If you do not attend a church, you do not need to complete the Priest or Minister's part of the form, but you must still complete a Supplementary Form so that Governors can consider your application.
You will also need to provide:
- Your child's Baptism certificate
- Your child's long birth certificate
Please see the additional information about proof of address and parental responsibility, which follows the guidance set out by the local authority.
