Yr4 Trip to the National Maritime Museum

Year 4 have begun their new history topic this month, which is all about the Vikings. Year 4 told us all about their trip during our Sharing Assembly, they said: 

On Monday, we went on an exciting trip to the National Maritime Museum. We went to a workshop all about Vikings! We explored fascinating artefacts from the Viking Age. 

There were ancient tools and shiny pieces of jewellery. The Historian explained how the Vikings used these items in their daily lives.
